Kelsey Wallace is a Nurse Practitioner board certified in psychiatry as well as adult primary care. Kelsey earned her Masters in Nursing and Masters in Public Health from the University of South Florida. She has been a nurse since 2013 and worked in a variety of healthcare settings.
Kelsey provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management for patients 13 years old and above. Her areas of interest include depression, anxiety, panic, OCD and trauma disorders. Kelsey is particularly passionate about serving survivors of sexual assault as well as first responders. In addition to her clinical work, Kelsey serves as an expert witness in criminal sexual assault cases and a consultant to grants focused on expanding sexual assault services in rural areas. Her supervising physician is Dr. Lane Cook, MD.

Taylor Worley, LCSW
Taylor Worley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the Knoxville area since receiving her MSW from UT in 2016. She has worked in community based outpatient and residential settings as well as private practice for the last 4 years. Some of her areas of interest and specialized training include treating depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, substance abuse, and interpersonal/relationship challenges. She sees clients ages 18 and older and has a particular passion for working with women struggling with identity, self-esteem, relationship, & postpartum issues. In her work, she utilizes various therapeutic techniques from DBT, ACT, Emotion Focused Therapy, & Psychodynamic interventions to help clients build insight, learn new skills, and grow as individuals.
